Therefore we are long-term experienced experts in determining the building and engineering efficacy and stability of all types of properties before ownership. Overall, this is deemed the most important undertaking in security and building terms for the client’s peace-of-mind prior to purchase.
STRUCTURAL & ENGINEERING DESIGNS AND CALCULATIONS
The ‘Practice has been undertaking full civil engineering and structural design services since 1987 for all forms of alterations projects and new projects with regard to single and multi-storey properties and buildings. These have ranged from kitchen alterations projects to multi-million pound redevelopment schemes.
We are therefore long-term experienced experts in civil, structural and engineering designs and inspections backed by Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII) that has never had any claims against it or structural failures since the practice’s inception.
EXPERT WITNESS FOR THE CLIENT AND FOR THE COURTS
The ‘Practice has been ‘Expert Witness’ since 1987 dealing with all manner of building and construction claims for both claimants and defendants.
These cases have ranged from boundary disputes to major legal cases in all the Courts up to and including the Court of Appeal and where using our technical reports that have always looked for justice over the years for our clients, the ‘Practice’ clients have never lost a case. Therefore we believe that without being respectfully pretentious or conceited in stating the above, it says a great deal about the quality of our professional services when it comes to building and engineering disputes.
